Step One: Map It Out

Step one? Map it out. Learn the various phases of your client’s experience with each and every one of your products and services and learn how to get visibility by mapping out every step so that we can later look for opportunities to optimize & automate.
Step Two: Optimize It
Now that you have your workflows mapped out, let’s optimize them for a truly exceptional client experience. This is where the strategy comes in and we start looking at each moving pieces as an opportunity to inform, delight and deliver.

- Go through all of your offers’ experiences and make a list of all of the processes you need
- Make a copy of the following template for each of the processes you have mapped out so they’re ready
- The next time you do that process, open up the document and map it out as you work through it
