Rebel Office is committed to reviewing and revising our product suite to ensure our business model is diversified and wholly supports all community members. We will offer multiple levels of our services, varying in financial and other resource commitments, meeting them where they are at to support them without adding financial and environmental barriers. Finances and access to other resources should never be a barrier to business success. 

Our deadline for our revised and inclusive product suite is December 31, 2020.

Education.

As Rebel Office is working to further enhance our efforts to create a diverse, equal and inclusive community, we will also work to educate our community to do the same by continuing the conversation through audio and visual content, as well as the development of resources specifically designed to support our members on their journey to building more diverse and inclusive business practices. 

Our deadline to have a suite of Diversity and Inclusive Business Practices resources available in the Rebel Office resource library is December 31, 2020.

Representation.

Rebel Office is committed to ensuring a diversified roster of experts, both offering resources and skill-trainings to our Collective members and in collaborations for events, webinars and resource creation. It is a priority that all of our members see themselves in our experts, showing them and inspiring them to strengthen their businesses and build the skills necessary to scale to unimaginable levels of success. 

Our deadline to review, reorganize, recreate and develop resources in our Resource Library inside The Collective is September 1, 2021.

Awareness.

Rebel Office is aware that our commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion cannot solely be focused on supporting others in their journey. We are on our own, which involves looking inward and reflecting on our own actions, audiences and messaging. It is our priority to build systems into Rebel Office operations that continuously engage us in auditing our own marketing efforts, messaging and audience attraction tactics. 

Our deadline for our first Diversity, Equality and Inclusion audit session is December 31, 2020. It is our commitment to perform an audit session at least twice per year moving forward. Audit sessions will produce a series of actions with deadlines and assigned team members to execute those actions to ensure continuous improvement of our marketing and internal operations.

Due Diligence.

Who we do business with matters. It is our responsibility at Rebel Office to do our due diligence and qualify current and future partnerships. This means researching and asking for our partners own commitments to diversity, equality and inclusion. Apart from acquiring verbal commitments, Rebel Office will also provide our own qualifications in line with this Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Commitment Plan and our values as an organization based on our partners past and current actions. Because we all know actions speak louder than words. 

Our deadline to review current partnerships is September 1, 2020. Our deadline to create a series of qualifications and revise our partnership outreach list is October 1, 2020.

Internalization.

As Rebel Office grows as a company, our team grows with it. It is our priority to ensure that our team represents our community and that all team members internalize our values as an organization, including this Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Commitment Plan. 

Our deadline to include the signed adoption of this plan into our onboarding and incorporate revised values qualification questions into our interview process is our next hiring process, whether it be an independent contractor, service provider or employee.
